Review: L'Oreal Skin Perfection Miracle Cleansing Oil.♥
Welcome back! I have been using the L'Oreal
cleansing oil to take off my make-up and I am so in love with it, so I thought
it deserved a review. Hope you enjoy reading!
I have wanted to try a cleansing oil but I have
never seen one around the drugstore, so when I finally saw this cleansing oil
from L'Oreal I was super excited to try! So this cleansing oil is for all skin
types. This instantly dissolves make-up including waterproof mascara so it is
gentle to use on your eyeballs. This is a non greasy formula and it helps to
re-balance the skin's natural oil production.
All I do when I am ready to remove my make-up
off is take a couple of pumps on my dry, clean hands and massage it into my dry
face. Its really important to make sure your hands and face are dry when you
are massaging it into your skin so the oil can break down the make-up. I gently massage it onto my lashes and over
my lids to remove mascara and eye make-up and It does not sting at all, I have
no irritation feeling so it is very gentle for your eyes. Once I have massaged
it into my skin I damp my hands and massage my skin, this turns the cleanser
milky. I love the smell of this cleanser it smells very sweet and it feels not
at all greasy.
To remove this cleanser I take a damp Muslim
cloth and wipe away the cleanser. You can splash your face with water but I
choose to take a cloth. The first time I tried this cleansing oil I was surprised
to see how well and easy my eye make-up came right off and how my face felt so
clean and fresh. I did not expect my make-up to slide away so quick especially my waterproof mascara.
My skin feels soft and clean afterwards and I
don't have to do an extra cleansing step because my skin feels and looks clean
and fresh. I recommend 100% it's a real gem! Quick and easy and actually pampering
and soothing.

Top 10 drugstore products! ♥
Welcome
back! I am back with a make-up blog post. I feel I have not done a post about
make-up for a while I have been mostly blogging about skincare. Anyway like most
people, we all have our drugstore and high end products. Like most people we
have our top ten products so I thought I would do a post on my top ten
drugstore products... Enjoy!x
L'Oreal True Match foundation-This foundation is light on the skin, so your skin stays
looking like skin but with an excellent medium coverage, but you can build it
up to as much coverage as you need. A little bit goes along way, and its blend-able.
It feels light on the skin and smooth and creates a lovely base. It lasts 5-6
hours without fading, moving, creasing or becoming patchy. Its oil free and
stays smooth on the skin!
Maybelline fit me concealer- I use this for under my eyes and on my lids to cover up
any lines, dark circles, little veins or any redness and also to prime my eyes
for eye shadow. This is a lovely smooth,
mousse consistency that has medium coverage but you can build it up to the
amount you need. It's not thick, but not too thin and it blends very well. It
lasts a good 4-5 hours without fading and creasing.
Sleek Blushes- I have talked about the sleek blushes on my blog before.
I don't have any other drugstore blushes in my collection from the drugstore
other than sleek. I find sleek are the best blushes from the drugstore in my
opinion anyway. They are super pigmented, A little bit on your blush brush goes
a long way! Some of the blush colours have a golden/silver shimmer highlight
that sits perfectly on the cheekbones. They have beautiful shades and really amazing
quality!
Maybelline colour tattoo- These are little gems to have in your collection! They
are gel, creamy eye shadows that feel super smooth and last till your ready to
take your make-up off. They have beautiful colours you can pick from. You can
use this on top of an eye shadow or as a base! They are perfect for a base
colour, because of the consistency they allow any eye shadow to really stick (
creating a sort of primer ) When you apply it on top of an eye shadow it makes
it POP. They are also super blendable!!
NYC individual eye palette- These NYC palettes are really nice and handy to have.
They have palettes for different eye colours which are labelled along with the
name of the palette. Inside the palette there are four colours and a primer! So
if you're travelling or on the go this palette is really handy to grab because
it comes with a primer and a highlighter and four shades. The pigmentation is
excellent and they are super easy to blend! Also they have labelled where you
can put a shade on your eyes which is great and helpful.
Palmer's lip butter dark chocolate and peppermint- Chocolate lovers? you need this!
Everybody needs this in their life. This is the best smell ever! It smells like
chocolate after eight mints and tastes amazing. ( Even though you're not meant
to eat it) I apply it and start licking it off because it smells and tastes to
good! It's also super moisturising and takes care of dry lips. Sometimes I will
apply a thick layer before bed and in the morning my lips are super soft with a
slight scent of chocolate still left on them! It's just heaven in a tube.
Maybelline Baby Lips- I have accumulated all of the baby lips in the
collection and the new ones that came out called electro. These are really lovely
to have and really great lip balms. They keep my lips hydrated, soft and give a
slight tint to them. I love the packaging that is A+ They look so pretty and
most of the baby lips are scented depending on the colour. There is a red one
that smells like cherries!
Revlon Lip butters/Lip sticks and lip glosses- I only go to the revlon counter
for lip products because I love them! I think they have amazing colours. Matte,
bright, dark, glossy, hydrating everything you want in a lip product is at
Revlon. They also always last a long time on my lips and feel smooth and some
of them feel moisturising.
Loreal Telescopic mascara ( the gold packaging )- This is the only drugstore mascara
that has never disappointed me! This is my drug store holy grail mascara. I
always recommend it to anyone. It has a thin brush that grabs every single lash
and gives them life! Volume and length without clumping, in fact this mascara
has never clumped on me! It's not too wet or to dry and just give my lashes the
right volume and length without looking
spider like.
That
completes my top 10 drugstore picks. What is some of your must have drugstore
products?
