Warm brown smokey eyes. ♥

Hello everyone! These past few weeks I have been loving an eye makeup look that I have been wearing so much lately. It's using the Urban Decay Naked palette ( the first one ) and The Balm Nude Tude palette. I love these palettes so much, they both are very pigmented and both have gorgeous colours. I have recently created a warm, soft, smokey brown with both of the palettes so I thought it would be a good idea to show it on my blog since I'm always looking for new makeup looks to try. This warm, smokey, brown look really compliments and brings out my eye colour and I think it will do with a lot of eye colours. It has a smoked look to it, but not to Over the top smokey. I just love it so here is how I achieved this look.

The first thing I do is use the Urban Decay Naked palette and the shade Naked which is a skin tone shade. I take this on a round fluffy brush in my crease. I then take Buck which is a soft brown shade and fluff that around my lid and into my crease.

Next I use the Balm Nude Tude palette and the colour Sultry. This is a warm brown with hints of caramel tones. I pat this onto my lid with a flat eye shadow brush. I also go into my crease with this colour and turn my brush sideways when I get to the outer corner of my eye to create a shape and it brings the colour a little higher at the outer corner.

When I have finished patting that sultry colour onto my lid I go back with the color Buck from the Naked palette. I take that into my crease, swooping it back and forth. I notice when I do this step it makes a big difference to the whole look. It manipulates the crease colours making it blended and blown out. Since this is a smoked warm brown look I need that blown out affect and going back in with the buck which is a soft brown it really brings a blown out blended look. I turn my brush sideways when I reach the outer corner to shape and bring the colour higher.

I like to take a clean blending brush without any product and just swoop that back and forth in my crease to blend even more. Staying with The Nude Tude palette I take the colour Seductive which is one of my favourtie colours in this palette. Its a warm sparkly bronzed shade. I take that on a fluffy brush and focus on the outer corner of my eyes. Doing this step will bring the eye look together so it does not look flat and gives it more dimension and warmth. I then go back with a clean blending brush and just blend some more. ( Blending is always necessary )

So to pull this look together I take sultry that warm brown shade under my eyes. Taking this back and forth gently inner to outer corner. I then take a clean brush and just swoop it under my eyes to blend it out.

For a highlight under my brown bone I use MaryLouManizer by The Balm. This is a shimmer golden champagne highlight it brings in the warmth and glow I love this highlight so much,Very pigmented and very beautiful!

Now I do my eyeliner and mascara or lashes if I'm feeling up to it. For eyeliner I use Mac Kohl eye pencil which is very creamy and for mascara I use L'Oreal Telescopic which is the best mascara I have ever used, grabs your lashes and brings volume and length.

And that is it! I love this look so much and I hope you do! Thank's for reading and please let me know any makeup looks you have been loving. :-)
